La cotisation annuelle est de $420.00 et couvre l’année civile complète, du 1er janvier au 31 décembre. Elle est payable en 1 seul versement une fois par année au plus tard le 31 mars de l’année en cours, pour éviter les pénalités de retard - Soyez avisés que dès le 1er jour de retard, une pénalité cumulative irrévocable de 100$ par mois, jusqu’à concurrence de 3 mois de retard sera ajoutée à la facture de cotisation. Au terme du 3e mois de retard, un montant de 750$ sera aussi facturé pour frais administratifs / dossier PETITES CREANCES. Autrement dit, au terme de 3 mois de retard, les pénalités et frais totalisant 1050$ et s'ajoutent à la facture de cotisation annuelle de 420$ pour un total de 1470$.

La Cotisation n’est pas optionnelle, elle est OBLIGATOIRE, comme en fait foi l’acte notarié, la servitude de votre / vos résidence(s) et ou terrains vacants.
Vous prévoyez vendre votre maison, ne vous inquiétez pas, au moment de la vente, le notaire saura ajuster les frais de cotisation au prorata de mois/semaines/jours restants au moment du transfert de propriétaire.

Annual contribution fee
The annual contribution fee is $ 420.00 and covers the entire civil year from January 1st to December 31st. It is payable in a single payment once a year no later than March 31st of the current year, to avoid paying the late payment fees - 100$ cumulative for each month of late payment, up to 3 months. After 3 months of unpaid fees, you will be charged additional 750$ administrative fees and your file will be sent to the SMALL CLAIMS court. In all, after 3 months, the penalties and fees totalling 1050$ will be added to the annual contribution amount of 420$, for a final total of 1470$.

The Contribution is not optional, it is MANDATORY, as evidenced by the notarial deed, the easement of your residence (s) and or vacant land.
You plan to sell your home, don't worry, at the time of the sale, the notary will be able to adjust the assessment fee in proportion to the months / weeks / days remaining at the time of the transfer of owner.
